Protein rich and delicious
Iโm on a low-carb diet, but Iโm also half-Asian and not being able to have noodles or rice has been really hard. These noodles take a little bit longer to cook than your typical instant ramen and while they donโt taste exactly the same, the texture and flavor is very close to the real thing. The dry noodles donโt really have a noticeable smell and the amount of noodles you get in a packet is comparable to most instant ramen brands. My favorite is Tom Yum - I usually only use half of the seasoning packet to reduce the sodium, but I add other things to enhance the flavor, like chili garlic crisp, green onions, and shrimp (or whatever protein Iโm feeling). For the broth, I combine chicken stock, coconut milk, coconut aminos, a little bit of fish sauce, plus fresh ground pepper and monk fruit sweetener to finish. Once the broth is boiling, I add the noodles, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 9 minutes - Iโve found this results in the perfect al dente texture. I love being able to have noodles again and these are super filling and satisfying - perfect for lunch when Iโm working from home or for a quick dinner when I donโt want to make a huge meal. Due to the cost, I only purchase a pack of 6 once a month as subscription - this way I get a discount. I know they are expensive, but theyโre a small company and this is a specialty product. I would say if youโre not on a particular diet, just get regular instant noodles. Donโt get me wrong, these are really good for being low-carb, but nothing beats the real thing!

Taste and texture was just not for me
I really don't like giving bad review, particularly when I know the group making it are really hard working good people. But this was the worst thing I have ever eaten. The broth was very good but the noddles were just not ay all good. They really did taste and feel like eating cardboard. The texture was just not to my liking at all. Sorry folks, just not for me.

Low Carb Raman Noodles - Keep appropriate expectations and you will be thrilled!
I liken the immi Tom Yum noodles discovery to the first time I tried St. Paulie's Girl non-alcoholic beer... magical! If you can't have the real deal... and it has been a while since you had the good stuff... the immi noodles are an absolute game changer. I keep a fairly strict low carb diet (< 50mg per day) and home made Raman (store bought noodles supplemented with my own fresh ingredients) was something I truly missed. I add Huy Fong Chili Sauce, shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, scallions, mung bean sprouts, broccoli, baby bok choy and frozen large shrimp to the boiling water. It was so good that I actually laughed after tasting it for the first time! I couldn't believe I had found a guilt free and healthy work around for my raman fix. With the chili sauce and the spice packet there is enough flavor in the broth that the noodles somewhat take on that flavor and therefore don't taste like they would just eaten on their own. Anyone complaining about the noodles probably didn't do any of the above enhancements to the broth or they just haven't been stuck out in the no-raman desert long enough to appreciate how lucky we are to have these available. I have tried the shrimp, beef and the pork... all of them work wonderfully. Enjoy!

Flavor not as good as before
Not a fan of the flavor, i recall it having more of a sour tang and a more pronounced shrimp / lemon grass flavor. Do not recommend this flavor. The noodles are also chewy, but as long as you don't use the soup stock Its alright.

Convincing low-carb alternative to Ramen
I LOVE ramen. I used to eat probably 10 every week- dinner, lunch, breakfast, midnight snack... then I was gaining weight as I got older. :( So I threw away dozens of my ramen stash! Carb is my poison, and I tried all sorts of low-carb noodles- black bean pasta, chickpea pasta, edamame pasta, heart of palm, you name it, I've tried. They're all disappointing to downright disgusting. Now, Immi ramen, I LIKE! First of all, it makes all the difference by cooking the last 3 minutes in the seasoned soup. The instruction tells you to just pour the noodles into the hot soup, but the noodle has absolutely no flavor that way. That was my first experience, and I was disappointed- but cooking the noodle in the soup made all the difference. Noodle has nice "bounce" and chewiness to it. I hated odd textures of low-carb noodles, but Immi ramen got the firmness and bouncy texture of ramen noodles just right. Oddly, soup is okay- it's probably because it has a bit lower sodium than regular ramen. I add some garlic and sesame oil, and BAM! I'm tempted for seconds. Downside... well, it's a six+ dollar ramen. It tastes like maybe 1.5 dollar ramen. I wouldn't have eaten this as a student, but fortunately, now I have a real job! Is it "healthy?" It's not detrimental like regular ramen. So ramen lovers out there who can afford it, try it. How often do you find low-carb alternative that's acceptable? Not often. So, if you love ramen, if you can spend $6+ on one, then go for it! :D

Delicious and good choice for diabetics-low carb
Delicious flavor! But, does have to soak longer in boiled water to get soft consistency compared to regular noodles. Good choice for diabetics as we have to watch our carbs. A bit pricy, but worth it.

Good product.
Great noodles, but the flavor packet has waaaaay too much sodium. I just toss the flavor packet. I do wish they would break down the nutritional panel into two sections, one for the noodles, and one for the flavor packet.

Not worth the money
Not worth the money ($5 per packet). With all the advertising around this, I was under the impression that it was low carb. 29g is not low carb. Net carbs may have been lower because it has the fiber texture of cardboard. Zero stars (they made me choose one). Big disappointment.

Great when fried
Boil then fry, makes them perfect texture. Don't bother with the flavor packets unless you really really want clean ingredients
