This did a wonderful job on my Honda covered the scratches and swirls completely!!

Not sure if this worked any better than any polishing scratch remover

I was in Ireland driving a rental car and got several long scratches on the car from shrubs on the side of the road. If you have ever driven in Ireland you know what I mean. The car had insurance but there was the standard 2,500 Euro deductible. I went to an auto supply shop to see if they had anything I could buff out the scratches with. Several of them were though the pain to the white. On a black car there was no way the guy at the rental car agency would not notice. The man at the store recommended T-Cut with black die. I was amazed and very relieved how well it worked. You apply it to the affected areas and wait a few minutes without letting it dry. Then buff it out like you would car wax. I used paper towels to apply it and to do the buffing. The scratches were completely gone! I almost never write reviews, especially for products I did not get from Amazon, but this stuff works so well I had to share it here. For the people who said it didn't work for them, I think you must have used in incorrectly, because it works very well. This is good stuff.

Product did not work

I used the product according to directions. It did absolutely nothing in terms of scratch removal. Nothing.

I used the T-Cut Colour Fast Silver on a 10-year-old car that had gone quite flat and picked up the usual swirl marks and light scratches over time. After one application, the difference was immediately noticeable the paint looked brighter, more even, and had a nice glossy finish again. Application is straightforward: I applied it with a microfiber cloth, let it haze slightly, then buffed it off. It doesn’t take much effort, and you don’t need any special tools. One of the biggest advantages is that it’s an all-in-one product, so you’re effectively cleaning, polishing, and waxing in a single step. On light scratches and scuffs, it works well. It either removes them or blends them enough that they’re much less visible. The colour-matching element helps a lot here, especially on silver where imperfections can stand out in certain lighting. That said, it’s important to be clear about what this product can’t do. Deeper scratches (anything you can feel with your fingernail) won’t disappear they’ll just be slightly less obvious. Also, the effect isn’t permanent. After a few washes, the finish does start to fade a bit, so you’ll need to reapply occasionally to maintain the look. A couple of small tips: Don’t overapply a thin layer works best Buff properly to avoid any slight residue Stick to silver/light grey cars to avoid colour mismatch Overall, this is a solid, affordable product if you want a quick improvement without going into full detailing. It won’t make your car look brand new, but it will make it look noticeably better with minimal effort.

Alors je ne suis ni Mécano et encore moins carrossier, mais ce produit est d’une simplicité extrême. Je recommande vivement.

Achète pour couvrir quelques rayures minimes sur la carrosserie, n’a même pas été fichu d’en couvrir une. Produit inutile, couleur inadaptée au gris métallisé le plus basique car trop clair, et ne couvrant rien car inconsistant. Nécessite en plus de retirer tout le produit autour car produit mat tranchant nettement avec le brûlant de la carrosserie. Poubelle!

En nuestro caso no ha servido de absolutamente nada, quizás para arañazos minúsculos sirva pero si es notorio (aun sin surco) no ha reparado nada. No lo recomendaría
