I'm someone who seldom ever writes reviews - UNLESS the product is so good everyone should know about it, or so bad it caused me or my loved ones harm. This product falls into the first category :) I'll start by saying I've knowingly suffered from IBS since 2012. But the past two or three years has been what I can only describe as a losing fight. It doesn't matter what I eat, everything bothers me: GAS, BLOATING, CONSTIPATION, and STOMACH NOISES ALL NIGHT. It's either suffer or starve for me and I've spent so much time and money looking for a remedy. I started these pills two weeks ago, and after the very first pill the symptoms had diminished. I waited to the magic to stop, for the disappointment to set it, but it hasn't yet. A few days ago, I decided to put these pills to the ultimate test. I took one pill and thirty minutes later I ate a meal that contained ONIONS, GARLIC, BLACK BEANS, CORN, AVOCADO, JALAPENO, and SOUR CREAM (Mexican inspired dishes are my arch nemisis). I washed it down with white wine (another enemy of mine). For anyone who truly suffers from IBS, these ingredients are swear words. I expected to spend at least one night in misery. I have multiple sclerosis. I also had gastric bypass in 2009. Between the both of them, my digestive tract stayed messed up on most days. Oh my goodness, if you have any stomach issues, this is what you should try! You can't go wrong. If you do not notice a difference in a month, they will give you back the money you paid for them. They work better then products costing so much more. We Americans do not eat right anymore. And then there is the stress of life in general. Jobs, spouse, and kids.How do we find time to take care of ourselves? I can answer that. We don't. Work needing that project wrapped up, A child who kept you up and down all night, and a "someone" special who tugs at you just like the kids.You can not lose by trying these. Just remember one thing. The first week, it may feel like you are getting worse, not better. That means it is working. As the bad bacteria dies in the battle of the enzymes and the world, they make a toxin. And some people would stop taking them. Do not stop. As your body expels these bad bacteria you will start feeling better like I have my large intestine connected to my little pouch of a stomach. Pretty good product. I can tell that it helps me digest because I don't feel nearly as bloated throughout the day n stuff. I am also slightly lactose-intolerant so if there is a bit of cheese in my meal it makes it easier to get down without a separate lactaid pill (which is expensive btw). Not sure about the weight loss like others have noticed because I do frequently exercise (40 min cardio daily, weight train 4-5 days a week), but I did plateau for about 1.5 weeks on my weight loss program and as soon as I started taking this my weight began to slowly decrease again. I did change other variables as well so, hard to say exactly.Only issue I personally have with this is that my bowel movements have like an odd consistency now. If I eat big meals, I barely have anything to let out and it's softer than it usually is. I don't think this is like the desired normal bowel movement. It doesn't really bother me that much, but it is kinda odd.

For me, this pill really works. I tend to get bad bloating and gas and tried a lot of different things to get it under control, including the FODMAP diet, smaller meals, other enzyme pills, probiotics, trips to the doctor, etc. Nothing really worked, or worked enough. I got this pill, took two a day for a few days, and almost all of my bloat and gas went away. I wouldn't say it "cures" indigestion completely, but for me it gets rid of about 80 % of the bloat, gas, and occasional diarrhea. Things I really like but had to eliminate from my diet, such as garlic, raw onions (worst of anything for me), cruciferous vegetables, dairy, etc. -- I can now digest properly, if eaten in reasonable quantities. For instance, I can now eat pizza with garlic sprinkled on top, which was 100 % out before I got this pill.Three suggestions:1. Take the pill as directed. 20-30 minutes before a meal. You will not get the full benefit if you pop the pill right as you start to eat.2. It does its thing for an hour or so -- you can't graze all day and expect to get the benefit. It's really for a window of time during which you're eating a meal. Don't expect to pop two a day and have full time 24x7 protection from bloat. Ergo, I recommend eliminating snacking between meals as part of the regimen of eliminating the gas and bloat.3. You have to eat well balanced meals and reasonable quantities of food to get the benefit. Too much food will overpower the pill and can take you back to the GI issues you were trying to escape. You don't need to eat "small" meals, and in my experience bloat/gas causing foods can be eaten in reasonable quantities, but you definitely can't pop a pill and then go stuff your face all night.

I got this product due to the high ratings for reducing bloating and helping digestion, as well as the 100% money back guarantee. Unfortunately, this product did nothing to reduce the terrible bloating that I get daily after eating. I have tried many digestive enzymes and none have helped, so while it likely has to do more with my poor digestion than this product, it gave me no benefits.UPDATE: updating to 3 stars because the company was easy to work with and honored their money back guarantee, so it was well worth a shot to try this product and I don't regret trying them.

About two years ago I had my infected gallbladder removed and have suffered from GERD and frequent loose bowel movements ever since. I also developed issues with dairy. I currently take 10 mg of omeprazole every other day and the enzymes with every meal. I don't think I will ever be completely off the omeprazole, but I am happy just having to take a low dose.I ordered this product after trying a few different enzyme blends. I like that this has the probiotics included. I have been using it for a week. I started off with one or two pills a day and now I take one with each meal. Oh my God! I cannot say good things about this enzyme probiotic. I suffer from ulcers & IBS. And this has helped me sooo much! My stomach burning, discomfort, & pain are gone! When I take these. If I go 1 day without it, my stomach will start bothering me again. Also, my mother had an episode of diarrhea & she didn’t know why. Maybe something bad she ate. I gave her some pills & after the second pill...her diarrhea was gone! After she had suffered for days! My sister had food poisoning & this is the only thing that worked & soothed her stomach.
