I have the 7 gallon tank. It is a perfect square: 12 x 12 x 12 inches.

Is there a glass cover available that will fit this and stay in place for fish that like to jump?

The Ultum systems are meant for beautiful aquascapes, unencumbered by lids. For the 4.6 gallon, the best solution might be to have a piece of glass custom cut. An auto glass shop will do this, and smooth the edges, for about $12 - $15 USD.

does it come with a lid?

No, it does not come with a lid. However, if you go to an auto glass shop, a custom cut piece of regular glass, with smoothed edges, will cost you very little - about $12. Alternatively, you could get a piece of pre-cut acrylic. Amazon sells such a thing.
