I understand that the whole point is to not have any wrinkling in the fabric as you sleep, but it is too tight on my pillow. I used to love my fluffy pillow. Now it is too firm and small. I love the pillowcase, but I sure wish they were at least a couple of inches larger.

I was looking for real silk pillow cases to help my hair, skin, and especially my eyelash extensions. I sleep on my side and with cotton pillowcases I noticed the outer corners of my lashes were shedding faster on the side I favored. Since buying these pillowcases I've had less lashes shed on the outer corners, no breakouts or super oily skin in the mornings, and zero frizz to my curls. Highly recommend! I wash it every other day while I'm in the shower just before I get out with tepid water, hang them to dry on my shower rack and when I get home from work they're dry and ready to go back on my pillowcase. DO NOT USE REGULAR DETERGENT. I found that if I use my rose Love Beauty & Planet body wash it's gentle enough to get the job done and smells amazingggg. Also, don't wring it out, do your best to be gentle as possible when distributing the cleanser, and rinse really well. To add more softness just put a little bit of conditioner (again, I use Love Beauty & Planet) on it then rinse it out good again. Roll it loosley on a towel to excrete some moisture before hang drying is helpful too. None of my pillowcases have any rips or tears after numerous washes so I know I'm doing something right.

I’ve been using this wonderful pillow case for over a year now and have really noticed a great change in my hair’s health! I have bleached baby fine hair and struggle with keeping split ends at bay, but with this case (along with choosing to stop combing and sleeping on wet hair) my hair has had a lot less breakage! You probably won’t notice results right away, but this product is worth investing in if you want healthier hair. One thing that is a bit of a down side is that you have to be careful with the case while washing and using it because it’s a bit delicate. Make sure to wash with cold or warm (not hot) water….and it helps to use a detergent specifically for silk so that it keeps softer longer. Mine has help up pretty well, but is starting be feel a bit worn after a year.
