Not delivered - then found (eventually)

Ordered these on 9th October, order says Delivered on 11th October but nothing received..... Cannot contact seller directly or via Amazon hence this one-star review. Hoping Seller sees this and rectifies ASAP. Correction 13/10/2024: Delivery received, thanks to Amazon's Customer Service! Royal Mail failed to leave me any details of where they had left the items..... Product is excellent quality, and recommended but resolving this matter was more inconvenient (to me) than it needed to be, hence 4-stars.
