Life saver in this UAE heat!

These are a life saver for summers in the desert! My toddlers refuse to get into their car seats when the sun has been on them, and honestly I don’t blame them for fighting it! The plastic gets SO hot. These ice packs have been wonderful for us. They fit perfectly in the car seats (Graco extend 2 fit) and cover everything from head to foot. They stay frozen in the car while we’re at sports practices (1 hour ish), and when we’re driving I put them in a little backpack cooler to keep cold. If it’s hot where you are, your kids will be super grateful for these!!

We live in AZ. I pair this with a car seat cover (kinda like the same material as the sunshade for the windshield). It makes it so the seat isn’t burning/hurting him when we get back into the car. This fits and stays perfectly in his seat and it folds up so easy for freezing and for storing when we don’t need it. This was the best purchase I made for him for summer.

If you are considering buying this - buy it. This is awesome. Ok, so this product is amazingly simple, it’s just a folding square filled with something that freezes and refreezes easily. There’t nothing to overthink, but the thing is that this really works. We live in a hot climate and even with turning the AC on in the car before getting in, my kid’s black car seat is still hot…and even if it’s not scalding to the touch, it radiated heat out while we’re driving, making his seat uncomfortable. Putting this in his seat before we leave chills the seat quickly and throughly making his ride waaay more comfortable and cutting down his car-ride-cries by 80-90%. It just works and it works really well. User suggestions : -make sure you lay it flat in your freezer, if it freezes with folds or kinks then it’s harder to get into the car seat. -it takes 2-3 minutes to really cool down the seat, so I put it in as soon as we start trying to ‘put shoes on’ -It doesn’t stay frozen very long, so if you’re going somewhere like the zoo - you won’t be able to use it when you get back to the car…but if you’re just running to the grocery - you can leave it in the seat while you shop and when you get back the carseat will be nice a chilled. I would highly recommend this product, and if I ever had a need for another - I would buy it again without hesitation. I simply cannot say enough great things about this.

This is so convenient not to use, and it brings such a peace of mind (Texas heat) getting littles one into the car seat after shopping, ball games or anywhere! I ended up getting them for everyone I know having babies.
