It says 350 mg on the front of the bottle but on the back label it says it's 700 mg so, which is it?

Each caplet contains 350 mg (that's what you see on the front), but a dose/serving size is 700 mg (what you see on the back). What this means is you have to take two caplets to get the recommended dose.
