Is it ok to leave them in the charge case even if they don’t need charged? Not sure if that causes a problem to keep “overcharging”

I always put mine back in the case. The charger only comes on (lights up) when the case has indication the ear buds are less than 100%. The light goes out when charge is complete. I charge my case once a week and more if I’ve used my buds more. I hope this helps.

No they do not, they have very clear sound and I haven’t watched anything yet that there has been sound delay!! And yes you can use them on instagram and movies they are a great buy!!
