Question 1

any tips on how to fix it? my cat went crazy for this and played so hard he broke it.. it still turns on but doesn't move

Mine did the same thing, lights flashed and you could hear the motor running but it did not turn.  I took it apart and there is a rubber band inside that flipped off.  I put it back on and it worked fine.  Unfortunately it has happened 3 more times.  My cat loves this toy so I continue fixing it.

Question 2

Are there replacement wands?  The cat is chewing through the feathers.

Question 3

Is the toy supposed to be visible at all when it’s spinning?  Mine just stays under the blue circle the whole time.

Mine peeks out only from time to time but since my cat is deaf, she can't hear when it's on.  I just fold back half of the blue circle so she can see the toy and it hides underneath only half of the time. She plays with it that way and it stays folded. She's 16 and really enjoys it. I'd suggest trying it that way. Once kitty gets the hang of it, you probably could unfold it.

Question 4

How durable is the wand itself? It seems the replacement wands aren't well liked, so I could replace the feathers myself if the wand survives.

My kitten played with it hard, and it lasted about three days before I started to become concerned that the wand would bust right off and he would get hurt (it already started to bend and you could see the weaken part in the plastic). It was a good toy and he loved it, it just didn't hold up very well to a kitten that would body slam it.
