We liked the style, pockets and versatility of wearing it multiple ways. This has been an invaluable tool for us to carry all of our sons things, as well as having a nice changing pad inside. We had a minor issue with the zipper however the company worked with us very quickly to get it fixed. We recommend this bag completely!

Very cute, not too big, doesnt look like a diaper bag. I'd give it 5 stars if it had a few more compartments or a wipe dispenser.

Extremely disappointed with this backpack! It was so cute and I wanted it to work so bad but the quality is TERRIBLE! They claim "high quality fabric zippers" - but that is simply a lie. I have attached pictures for you to see but basically one zipper completely broke off (resulting in me losing a priceless hand knitted hat from a dear friend) and the other pictured lost the pull tag. It is also starting to pill in various spots. I had this bag for less than 5 months (conveniently right after the amazon option to return/replace it expired). It was very difficult to reach the company itself as their "support" email just bounced back each time I tried. I finally tried messaging them on facebook and they responded saying they would replace my bag but its been over a month and I still haven't gotten a replacement. There are so many better options out there, don't waste your time like I did getting frustrated with a poorly constructed product sold by a poorly run business.

I received this from my baby registry. Initially really liked that bag. Sturdy, looked like a backpack which was nice for the husband. Comfortable to carry around. However after only using it twice the zipper on one of the front pockets broke, a couple more uses and the zipper on the side broke off so we now it has a big hole on the side so we can't use it without everything falling out. I'm really disappointed by this. We gently used it and it seemed to fall apart quickly. Because I received this as a gift from my Babylist registry I can't figure out how to contact the seller about this. If I could I'd return it.

I so loved this bag at first for its obvious great design. Within a few months a zipper completely fell off, one that left a massive gaping hole for stuff to fall out the side. I contacted customer support with no response. A great looking bag is pretty useless with a totally broken side.
