Is the replacement a true hyperhepa filter like the oem product?

Yes. Absolutely! This is a marketing term rather than a filtration classification. Its H-Rating is H12/H13. This is documented on the filter label. Particle capture for H12/H13 is as follows: H12 >= 99.50% and H13 >=99.95%. There are two H-Ratings due to particle capture variance with airflow (CFM). At HealthPro Speed 1 particle capture is greater than at HealthPro Speed 6. The highest H-Rating documented is the filter fabric base state in standardized testing. Crystalline Stage 3 H-Rating is H13. Crystalline fabric undergoes standardized testing to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing requirements. Particle capture is validated to be H13 >=99.95% @ .3 micron on the pleating line for every spool change. Crystalline filters will not alter HealthPro airflow or purifier decibel rating (noise) at any speed setting. Crystalline products undergo multiple quality control checks. The description says the hyper hepa filter only filters down to .3 microns. but original iqair hyperhepa filters down to .003 microns?

Thank you for a fantastic question!  The Most Penetrating Particle Size for a HEPA filter is .3 micron.  Particles smaller than .3 micron (.003 micron) are captured at a higher efficiency than that of the .3 micron particle due to diffusion.  Particles larger than .3 micron are captured at a higher efficiency than that of the .3 micron particle due to Inertial Impact and particle interception.  The .3 micron particle is unique in its ability to be the size most able to penetrate a HEPA filter.  This is why the standard empirical measurement is performed and provided for .3 micron, but yes... Ultra Fine Particulate at .003 micron is captured by Crystalline.  An empirical validation is performed according to the European Standard EN1822-3 using a TSI-8130 to measure the MPSS efficiency.

Is this bundle suitable for replacing the filters in the HealthPro Plus model, filter nos. 102 10 10 00, 102 18 10 00 and 102 14 14 00?

How long does each filter last?

It depends on the speed with which you run your unit, and how dirty the environment/air is. My machine has lights on it that turn amber then red according to an internal clock that you manually reset when you put new filters in. I generally never replace my filters when those turn red because my environment is fairly clean to start with. Also, my unit has a pre-filter in the bottom that you clean to keep more particulate from going up into the other filters. Each filter type has its own recommended replacement schedule. My unit is as follows per manufacturer specs: IQ Air HealthPro Plus. 
Prefilter: approx 18mnths @10hrs/day on 3
V5-Cell: approx 2yrs @10hrs/day on 3
HyperHEPA filter: approx 4yrs @10hrs/day on speed 3.
