They have purified water and Benzalkonium Chloride. They are great. Very wet and do the job. They are not as small as an alcohol wipe which is good.

Safe, sterile, and good for eyelid cleaning

I am so glad I bought these! This will definitely help your eyes with any irritation. I was a little hesitant at first since in case the liquid got in my eye, I didn’t want any pain, but this is designed to have the same pH as your eye, so it didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! I am on my second pack! Highly recommend this 10/10.
