It looks good and fits (just about)
I gave it 5 stars because it looks nice and I had a spare stem laying about which saved money. But it's a little tight I had to file out the fork a little bit, grease it up and lightly hammer it in. It will remove now twisting it out with a pair of pipe grips but might not in a couple of years .. It doesn't matter to me because it's and old bike and this is the last repair I'll bother to do.

Great price and does the job
I am updating an old Bianchi steel framed hybrid for my cousin who needs to keep his heart healthy after a heart attack. The frame is not Italian and the components are lower-tiered so this is a heavy bike. The heavy and thick steel quill and riser bar and were replaced with this new 1" to 11/8" adapter, which fits perfectly, gives the bike a more updated look and had help to shed a few pounds on the cockpit. It is decently made, far lighter in weight and the price is difficult to beat.
