How long before you noticed an effect?

I did some research on this when my father was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. I do believe it works, tho lifestyle would be involved also. I think about two months. Hope this helps.

This one's Description section says "Mucuna and whole herb" which leads me to think it is the seed and plant extract.

When are these expiring?

Answer from Company (Keter Wellness)The Manufacturing date (MFG) is on the bottom of the bottle. There is no definite expiration date to Mucuna L-Dopa 20%, but if stored properly it should stay fresh for 2 years.We will be putting the expiration date on the bottom to avoid any further confusion.

From 700mg what does minimum 20% l-dopa mean? does it mean 140mg or more? or does it mean atleast 560mg?

It means that this has about 20% or greater concentration of L-Dopa. The substance in the capsule has some L-Dopa in it but it isn't pure. So up to 80% of what you're ingesting isn't the chemical you're after. Usually the byproduct is just something inert, and I had no problems with it and saw benefits from the L-Dopa increase.
