After watching a few YouTube videos on the tweaks people made and saw it was a timing issue with the bobbin got it right and started sewing. The base that it came with was solid I bought the one that came with base and motor. Haven't used motor yet. This machine saves alot of time. Don't usually write reviews but had to on this one great machine. Took a few hours to mess with but definitely worth it.

Machine is rough . Directions are not legible had to do intensive YouTube but still can not get it to run properly. The machine for power motor works but throws belt . Not very happy for now ! Let me know if there is anyone in Delaware that can help me I’m running out of options !

Motor belt did not fit. Not even close to right size. The bobbin wheel needed trimmed, doesn't grip hardly at all. The manual operation was extremely rough, but has been gotten better! Bent several needles, adjusted the support. Likes to break appolstre thread. Currently working that out with a better grade thread. The cam arms were not shimmed far enough apart, guess a bad casting, fixed with several washers so that it lines up. I have high hopes to run properly soon and it has been fun. The foot chews into the leather, probably glue something to stop that, or file it down. The steel table attachment is nice and heavy, but still recommend clamping it to work desk. The machine is kinda fun! If I can get it to work right, it'll be worth the money. Why I gave it 4 stars.

This is by no means a “plug and play “ machine. Plan to spend hours polishing and tuning it. The included foot petal is not a speed control and is only on/off which means unless you purchase a separate foot petal the machine is unusable with the motor out of the box. This thing runs wide open when you press the petal and it is not only terrifying but it will literally break itself if you let it go that fast too long not to mention it walks off the table. Again if you aren’t a tinkerer do not buy this machine. Plan on spending hours on YouTube to learn and find all the tips and tricks.After all that you can have a machine that will sew decent and not break the bank if you put in the effort.

My wife got me this for xmas because I got into leather working.Absolute trash. Came broke. Stripped bolts. And no matter how much I adjust everything, the thread either snaps, or binds up in the bobbin. I followed every adjustment video.Not too mention the shear crappy quality with burs left all over the metal, the bobbin drive bar was bent. And the plug. I honestly cannot say anything good about it.

Seems crude but actually works very well on leather, web gear thick fabric items. Can’t beat the price. Plenty of instructional YouTube videos available which is good because the instructions are inadequate.

Me hubiera gustado poder contactar al vendedor, ya que las perforaciones de la base no encajan, tendré que buscar quien las pueda perforar más grandes para que en ones y la máquina no brinque, no logro instalar la banda que conecta al motor. Trate de contactar al vendedor para aclarar mis dudas del armado, pero Amazon no lo permite, solo me dice que no es posible.
