Seemed to work pretty well but did t set up quite as firmly as expected. Overall a good value.

Lacked use/quantity information but I measured an single box of surejell and used that as a guideline. It worked well.

So disappointed in this product. I have been using this brand for a couple of years and it use to work well. I had it in my subscribe and save since I make a lot of jams and jellies every year. The last 2 bags have been awful. My jams and jellies barely set. I had to add more pectin and recook. I just did multiple batches of jelly last week. None of them set properly and were barely thicker than liquid. I recooked and ended up adding over 3 x the amount of pectin before it finally thickened enough on the test plate. I shake my bag to make sure it was mixed before measuring. When I reprocessed, I even cooked longer than needed thinking it would finally thicken. This changed the flavor of my jellies. I question whether the bags have the same amount of pectin they use to have. Needless to say, I am switching g to another brand.

works fine. I just made pomegranate jelly today. Looks like it all set and that's all the matters with pectin.
