Great stuff. I’ve been taking for about two weeks and can tell a difference in my energy levels throughout the day. my sleep pattern has improved. And I’m noticing I don’t have as much pain in my lower back as I used to. I’m not sure if the shilajit is helping that, but I have noticed a big difference in the pain level since I’ve started taking it. . Also pro tip. When you are getting ready to start taking it use warm water almost to boiling stir in resin and add creamer 🤯tastes like an espresso. I tried to just mix in water by itself and it’s not very palatable. This new way of taking it now makes it much better. ENJOY. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. NO IM NOT A BOT. LOL. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

It’s a good product.

This was the first time I've ever tried shilajit. By all accounts, I wasn't supposed to buy anything under $30 because the purity wouldn't be there. I also don't like to over pay for something that I don't even know will work. But I decided to give this stuff a try due to all of the positive reviews (though even those make me wary anymore). We have only been taking this for a month so I'm not comfortable touting all of the health benefits yet. I will update after 3 months. What I will say is it feels like my cells crave this stuff. I can't be for sure this isn't a placebo effect, so I'm just going with it. The main reason I wanted to try shilajit was to get rid of most of our vitamin supplements and I wanted to replace the minerals that the city strips out of our water supply. It is a tar like substance that smells like health to me. Earthy, not unpleasant. The taste is also very earthy (hubby says it tastes like diesel but he's a hummingbird addicted to Mt Dew) and admittedly isn't the best thing ever. The aftertaste reminds me of a pleasant black licorice. I measure out the serving and put the stick in a little shot glass, fill it with hot water and allow it to set for a few minutes, then I stir the water and the shilajit dissolves completely. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to my jar being short coded for Sept 2025. **I just received a new jar of shilajit (different brand) and I will say I prefer the flavor of this brand over the new jar from another company at similar pricepoint.

After doing a bunch of research, and testing both the pill form, and this here, the TAR form of Shilajit, the TAR I found to be the only form that actually works, the pill form in my opinion are useless. Great marketing, but useless. lol I've noticed I'm sleeping better and have more energy through the day as a result obviously. I couldn't find a reasonable way to ingest it online, SO what I do, is just turn on my Keurig, run 8 oz of water through it to heat the water up, then just run the water over the amount of Shilajit I use every day that they have you place on the stick into my cup. I also add 2 packs of Coco and one scoop of Cacao and you can't even taste the Shilajit. Just a Great Product I believe to enhance our daily health. - BC

Worst tasting thing. I ordered it before but it didn't taste like this! I'm not sure how effective it is, I can't handle the taste.

I’ve tried the pills, the powders, but really this is the best way to ingest Shilajit. Yes the taste is not pleasant, but the results are what matter. I put my dose in a small 1/3 cup of coffee and down it all at once. Much easier to ingest. The results I see are a full day into the evening of decent energy every day. I take it first thing in the morning. I usually go to bed around 10 pm. That is a lot of hours in between. I’m 65 and have some health issues but this certainly helps. It doesn’t change my pain or nerve damage, but it’s not supposed to. It just allows me to function. This is my 2nd purchase of this brand. I will keep it in my pantry all the time going forward.

It makes a difference in how I feel - energy, mental clarity, and overall mood. I’ve been using it for several weeks now. I put a pea sized amount on the end of a stainless steel chopstick and put it under my tongue. It dissolves without me even having to taste it, which is a good thing bc it tastes terrible. Why ruin a perfectly good cup of coffee or tea with this when you can just get it over with plus, not taste it. There are other brands out there that are more, or less, expensive but after researching I’m glad I went with this product. It’s effective and a good value.

I was skeptical of whether it was really or not, but it is. The instructions are very clear and specific for those who worry about the preferred dosages. Not many experienced side effects. Overall great purchase.
