So I have lupus and with that I stay away from garlic and was told by my dietitian to try this seasoning considering 90% of store bought seasonings contain garlic. Omg! All I can say is “WOW”. I’m not going to lie I was not expecting much from this seasoning.. like seriously I don’t know why but I just thought it was going to be bland.. baby this seasoning is delicious! Flavorful, LOW SODIUM, and it’s literally all you need.. I made oven baked chicken breast and it was amazing!! it is expensive but I’m not going to lie I will be a repeated purchaser with a smile and no complaints .. don’t second-guess it just grab it..

Great for sensitive stomachs, adds complex flavor to bland low-fodmap foods
This stuff is more budget-friendly than their sauces and worthy of everyday carry for those with sensitive stomachs since you can sprinkle it on pretty much anything. They mixed pretty much every low-fodmap spice you can have into one, it makes ingredients-restricted bland food more palatable. It's nice that the mix is not burdened by excessive salt. I especially like the inclusion of orange peel it is a great contrast to the thyme/oregano.

Great all around seasoning
I've bought this seasoning directly from Fody many times, and I really enjoy using it in a variety of dishes. But the one I got from here did not look the same, with a different color cap and no safety seal, so I'm not going to use it. Recommend the seasoning, but make sure you're getting the authentic product!
