Redken Extreme Length Triple Action Treatment Mask, Rinse-Out Mask With Biotin & Niacinamide

I've been trying to go the natural hair routine for 2 years since it seemed my hair has been struggling with length. I finally saw this product and thought "why not" since seeking to find what is best for me has been a journey for all aspects of myself. Just to let you know I only use this product once a week. I will explain: My shower routine is that I exfoliate my scalp with a salt scrub, wash with shampoo and then use the REDKEN mask and message it into my scalp for the instructed time and then rinse off with cold water. Then I used the REDKEN leave on conditioner and let my hair air dry....and I would say these two products had made my hair feel more healthy then the all natural hair routine I've been using. Yes, maybe 'all natural' works for some, but these two additions to my hair routine had relieved my hair of past issues ive been struggling with. It was always dry, and flaky the next day or within hours after a wash. I was trying to do less hair washes, but it was difficult due to how embarrassingly flaky and oily my hair got after one day. Adding the REDKEN Extreme Length Mask and leave in conditioner to my routine had allowed my hair to last a week till it showed signs of oiliness and flaking which lead me to believe I didn't have dandruff but my scalp was just overly dry from these so called 'natural' hair products. REDKEN had helped in maintaining the moisture in my hair which helped my scalp from over producing oils that ended up making it look so greasy looking and flaky. I only use it once a week and in that week my hair feels silky, soft and healthy. I feel like a model flipping my hair around its ridiculous! I have only used this product twice, as I said I've been only using it once a week. so I can't really say if it had helped my hair with growing more length. but i had done my share of research that states that when issues with hair not growing past a certain length it could be due to hair damage (or split end) causing the hair to break not allowing it to lengthen. If these products can maintain the moisture in my hair for a week, then I would confidently say that if I continue to use these products my hair strans will grow more stronger and hydrated that my ends will not be so easily broken. This is my theory after all on how this product line is intended to work. I will update this review if that is the case!

This is my all time favorite hair product! I have been using this for a few months and my hair always feels so soft, looks so shiny, and it detangles my hair. When you rub it into your scalp it has a cooling sensation that feels really good. I think my hair health has improved so much since using this product!

I purchased this along with the extreme lengths shampoo and conditioner and I have been using all three for about two months. I just had my highlights done right before I purchased these and I have major roots already. Normally, I can go nearly 4 months between touch ups but that’s not going to happen now because these products are definitely helping my hair grow. I have less breakage, shed, and my hair feels thinker/fuller. Previous to purchase these Redken products, I had been using Olaplex products for two years. My hair was really damaged prior to Olaplex from bleaching it for so long. I still use Olaplex shampoo and conditioner once in awhile, I use their mask once a week, as well as the heat protection creams every time I wash my hair. My hair is so much healthier but I was looking for length which is why I added Redken and it’s working!! I highly recommend. I purchased on my own and did not receive any incentives.

I'm using once a week, and following the directions exactly. Normally I would avoid applying conditioner to my roots, but the directions here say to massage into your scalp and roots as well as the lengths for 5 minutes. It has a mild cooling, tingling effect on the scalp which I like. I'm very careful not to get any in my eyes though. I didn't notice much difference at first, but each time I've used it, the feel and shine of my hair has gotten better and better. It's less frizzy and more silky. Very nice product. For reference, I have long (mid-back) fine but thick hair with some natural wave, and no dye or bleach. It's prone to frizz and tangles. Altogether, it's much more manageable with weekly use of this deep conditioner. The smell isn't my favorite but it's not offensive either. I recommend using the matching shampoo and conditioner as well - pricey but worth it!

Is my hair supposed to be falling out while using this product? I feel like Everytime I use it there’s a lot of hair coming off my head. Once my hair dries it is soft an looks good but I lose a lot of it while using it in the shower… is that normal?

Hands down the best hair mask I have ever used. It smells AMAZING. A little goes a long way. And it makes my hair SILKY smooth. I have also noticed new growth since using this in hand with my hair oil! There are a lot of very expensive hair masks out there and this is affordable and made a world of difference with my hair!

I use the shampoo and this conditioner for my hair, I damaged my hair with a perm a couple of years ago and this has been great, I thought of switching to the All Soft treatment and my hair started to show signs of damage again. So I am sticking with this instead. I can use the All Soft leave-in conditioner, but that's it. My hair is growing long strong and healthy, I wash my hair every two to three days and use a hair dryer and hair curler after most of the time. I have a subscription for this conditioner to arrive every 2 months. Both my husband and I use the shampoo, this line give your hair extreme shine, something I wasn't expecting. Good luck! :-)

Even though this is a bit pricey, it’s worth every penny. I have long hair and I find that when I use this product I never have knots even when my hair is wet. It is totally fantastic.
