Great sinus rinse for nettie pot. Use daily for many years. Clears sinuses and does not burn in nose.

Been using this for many .any many years, this works great. Some days when my sinuses are very bad, I use another product with this called "Alkalol". 10-20% Alkalol + this saline packet mixed with warm water makes this FANTASTIC! NEXT LEVEL SINUS RELEIF!

How can you mess up saline packets i received a note from amazon that this was offensive.. that was not the intent my complaint is that amazon wanted something like this rated. as i said initially cant mess up salt packets. that is a positive not critize.

How did I live without this? I suffered from multiple serious sinus infections a year, but this has helped reduce that to about one per year. I started rinsing with this after a doctor recommended I do so. If I feel a sinus infection coming or abnormally bad sinus issues, I will use this rinse two or three times a day. I use it in the morning no matter what. I also take this rinse with me when I stay in hotels because the air in those rooms can destroy my sinuses in a couple days. I can remember the first time I used this rinse because what came out was gross! I was shocked at what I saw. Things looked a lot better after a few days. Now, after using daily, the results are far different. I cannot imagine not using this. My doctor said I could make my own rinse, but this 100 pack does not cost that much.

I appreciate being able to purchase just the packets without the plastic nasal dispensers. Who needs more plastic in their lives. No local stores offer this product any longer.

I was not sure that I would use a nasal rinse, but if you have allergies and congestion, every little bit helps. Disinfecting the separate bottle is a bit of a pain. I find it is easier to boil water to go in it than filling it with distilled water because the distilled water bottle is heavy.. I use a funnel to transfer the boiling water to the sinus rinse bottle.

Product came on time and as advertised. I have used it for years and love it. Shipper/supplier is reliable and prompt.

Excellent product

Getting the salt level right is the most important part of determining how useful these sinuses are. Sometimes one pack would do, while at other times, you would need 1.5 or two packs to increase the saline level. Be careful with under / over doing.
