Will this crib mobile fit a bassinet?

This mobile is designed for cribs, not bassinets. Many returns happen because buyers expect it to fit a bassinet, but most bassinet rails are not compatible. Please check the mounting dimensions in our listing images carefully before ordering.

Why can’t I hear the music when I turn it on?

The music starts at the lowest volume by design to avoid startling your baby. If you hear little or no sound, simply turn up the volume and make sure the music box is not set to rotation-only mode.

What modes does the digital music box have?

It has 3 modes: rotation only, music only, or music + rotation. It also features a 30-minute auto shut-off for bedtime. Requires 2 AA batteries (not included).

What if the music mechanism stops working within the first year?

We carefully inspect every music mechanism before shipping. If the mechanism stops working under normal use within 1 year, we will replace it one-for-one at no charge.
