The fact I've been able stop taking separate Vit C, Vit D and Magnesium is amazing! I've been taking the Moringa for 2 weeks now and I'm already feeling better. Wow. I've to start my review with that. Since taking this, even if I only remember a half dose a day I've noticed my energy levels have stabilised. I no longer get a massive drop half way through the work day and dont feel as fatigued at the end of the day either. Also I love the colour of the box, and the feel of the glass bottle and metal lid are grounding and kathartic adding into the holistic effect. Overall an excellent find.

On my second dose as got it for my joints but its more of a food supplement I think for dietary needs but tbh its kept my weight down

Usually moringa capsules are green and just moringa leaf. I have been taking for 3 years to help with breastfeeding (works great, i was an undersupplier and moringa really helps me). This jar has moringa root in as well and the capsules are a rusty brown. The label says do not take while breastfeeding and now I am nervous to take these. The listing did not say they were moringa root, it just says moringa leaf. They are expensive compared to other brands I have used too.

I read about the fact that Moringa was a superfood and so I thought I would give it a try. After looking at the various products from different manufacturers on Amazon I settled on Trueveda as they looked like an ethical and reputable company. The product itself comes in an attractive glass jar which I like, and the capsules are just the right size making ingestion very easy with no noticeable strong or bad taste. I think Moringa was probably in the Garden of Eden as it is a “ miracle” substance! I researched for an organic option to cure my “ trigger finger”- and back and knee pain. Everything is good, but the price.

I really like this product. I bought it because of all the potential health benefits that come with it and how it’s packed in nutrients. I have more energy when I take it. I’ll continue to buy this product! I also see people saying this is brown it needs to be green. The capsules contain plants' extract not powder. They use something called Natural Fusion Extract. Which they extract all the plants' active nutrients in the most natural way using only water and clean carbon dioxide, which is the cleanest form of extraction. Once the phytonutrients are extracted, the color of the dried product will be brown; it can’t be a leafy color as green. You can find all of this information from their actual website if you do your research 🙃
