Sounds stupid, but how do I get the cream out of the tube? I removed the cap but is there another step? I have vision problems.... help!

Sometimes when you remove the foil u der the cap the plastic will stay on the tube i use tweezers to remove the plastic its hard to see

Good payoff but doesnt last

Burns a bit at first but that is very brief. Effect lasts maybe an hour or 2. Tube is small and I'm finding i need at least a dime sized amount
