Earl Grey

I am very new to British Teas, but read good reviews on the Ahmed Brand of Teas, so I thought I'd try this Earl Gray Tea, and also the Special Blend too (I don't know why, but the Special Blend REVIEW keeps bringing up the Earl Gray REVIEW, so I'm combining both of them into one Review), and was very pleased with everything about both Ahmad Teas. The Color, Aroma, Taste, Flavor, and the After Effects, were all what I was hoping for, and got!!! The Ahmad Earl Gray Aromatic Tea was Very BOLD, in both Color and Taste, and what I was expecting, looking for, and got!!. BTW, the Bergamont Citrus infused into Earl Gray Tea, has the SAME Rx Drug EFFECT as METFORMIN, which is the First Line Rx Drug of CHOICE for Treating Type-2 Diabetes, AND/OR Obisity, associated with METABOLIC SYNDROME, so Drinking Earl Gray Aromatic Tea is actually GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH, if you have these Metabolic Syndrome Issues to Deal With, and THAT is what I am doing about MINE!!! -- I give this Ahmad Brand Earl Gray Aromatic Tea, a 5-Star Rating, and am Very Pleased with it. (updated, 9-25-2023 -- has become my "Go To" Assam Style Black Tea of Choice!! updated 10-28-2023 -- Ahmed Tea EARL GRAY Aromatic is ON SALE Big Time, it's a STEAL at $10.90/each... STOCK UP, NOW!!!) I also tried the Ahmad Special Blend, and it's also BOLD, and STRONG Flavored, Taste, but slightly Milder Aroma, and Lighter Color. I still give it a 5-Star rating. Even the Container both Earl Gray AND the Special Blend Teas, comes in, are both Great for keeping them Fresh, with the Positive "Snaping Lid", and I love the exterior designs of both, too. I am going to say both, are Highly Recommended, and, like ME, you should "GO FOR IT"... !!! :o)

I recently discovered the Ahmad Tea Earl Grey Aromatic Loose Tea in the Ceylon Caddy, and I must say, it has become an absolute favorite in my tea collection. The combination of exceptional value and exquisite taste makes it stand out above the rest. First and foremost, the quality of the tea leaves is outstanding. From the moment you open the caddy, you're greeted with the invigorating aroma of bergamot and citrus, which is a hallmark of a true Earl Grey blend. The loose tea leaves are fresh and vibrant, promising a delightful tea-drinking experience with every brew. The taste of this Earl Grey tea is simply sublime. The balance between the robust Ceylon tea base and the fragrant bergamot flavor is perfect, creating a harmonious blend that is both refreshing and aromatic. Whether enjoyed hot or cold, this tea never fails to impress with its smoothness and depth of flavor. Moreover, the generous size of the caddy ensures that I have an ample supply of tea on hand whenever the craving strikes. It's convenient and economical, offering great value for the quality and quantity of tea provided. The versatility of this loose tea is also worth mentioning. Whether I'm enjoying a quiet morning moment or hosting a gathering with friends, the Ahmad Tea Earl Grey is always a crowd-pleaser. Its refined taste and soothing aroma elevate any tea-drinking experience, making it a staple in my daily routine. In terms of packaging, the Ceylon caddy exudes elegance and sophistication. The classic design adds a touch of luxury to my tea collection, and the airtight seal ensures that the tea remains fresh and flavorful for longer. Overall, I cannot recommend the Ahmad Tea Earl Grey Aromatic Loose Tea highly enough. It offers unbeatable value and exceptional taste, making it a must-have for tea enthusiasts everywhere. Whether you're a connoisseur or simply looking to elevate your tea-drinking experience, this Earl Grey blend delivers in every aspect. Five stars without a doubt!

Great-tasting Earl Grey tea with a pleasant bergamot aroma. The flavor is smooth and balanced, making it perfect for everyday drinking. Good quality loose tea at a reasonable price.

So far, this tea brand has been the best quality in terms of flavor and aroma. The tea leaves were good quality in appearance alone; no signs of damaged/old looking leaves, no signs of mold, no foreign materials, no noticeable stick or twig pieces, no huge chunks, no clumps, nothing like that. The tea is fragrant and flavorful, it isn't bitter or stale tasting/smelling in the least. It's easy to brew and it comes in such a nice, large container. The little baggy it comes in inside the tin is like a little foil bag. It's like a hug in a mug. :) Good quality stuff, definitely worth at least trying, especially for the price. I bought two of these large tins and we're already out of one.

Earl grey is my favorite version of black tea, and I have tried many different brands. This is good quality, strong loose leaf tea with an enjoyable flavor, at a good price point. I like that it is fresh and well-packed to retain its freshness, and it packs a good amount of caffeine. You only need a small amount for a strong cup. The tea tastes like tea and not like it has been sitting on a shelf somewhere getting stale. The only thing I would change in this product is the amount of bergamot. To my taste, the bergamot is a bit too strong, so when I would normally have two cups of earl grey, I only have one and then have a different one so as not to feel overwhelmed by the bergamot aroma. I would have to barely steep it if I wanted it lighter, but at that point there would not be as much black tea in my drink as I like. If you only want a hint of bergamot in your tea, this is not it. But if you are looking for strong bergamot or maybe have some plain black tea to mix it with, this is good. Again, it is high quality and I like it, just not the ideal ratio for me. I will finish the pack and then move on to a different brand, but I would order this again because of the good quality.

First loose tea that I had in over a decade and I love it to the point that I only buy loose leave teas now, mainly at local Indian spice shops as there cheaper but once you get use to the flavors of teas it’s really hard having tea made from bagged tea without tasting nites of bag and the low quality dust in bags.

Worth the little extra money. Once you go to this, you may never return to cheaper tea again

Really good

Excelente compra. Viene extraordinariamente empaquetado, el color y aroma de te súper fresco. Ya lo probamos y está espectacular, un sabor bien agradable y duradero. 100% recomendable

I’ve purchased this tea four times now—for home, the office, and even as gifts. The flavor is rich and aromatic, with a smooth, almost creamy finish that’s impressive even without adding milk. It’s beautifully balanced, with just the right touch of bergamot that makes each cup feel indulgent. It’s perfect for making a London Fog—just add steamed milk and a touch of vanilla, and you’ve got a cozy café-style drink at home. The loose leaf format gives me control over the strength, and the quality has been consistently excellent. My office mates love it too—it’s become the unofficial afternoon ritual. If you’re looking for a tea that’s elegant, comforting, and easy to fall in love with, this one’s a must-try.

Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è il prodotto in sè. Un the aromatico davvero buono.

This stuff is inexpensive. You will need some sort of diffuser because it's loose leaf, but it's worth it. The bergamot flavor was easy to recognize as all Earl Grey Teas should. Unless there is a massive price hike, this stuff is a bargain. I purchased a 40 flavor Vahdam sampler box of tea, and this stuff blows away every single variety I have so far tried by a long shot. A lot of teas taste like grass or maybe even mud. This stuff is great and I like it even better than my mom's prized rooibos tea that's something like 6x the price. Yes, it's a black tea but it has the bergamot kick - and it doesn't taste like the pasture of green tea. I like it.
