After about 8 months of use, my toothbrush developed a charging issue. I contacted their support team, and they were very helpful throughout the process. They approved the replacement promptly and sent me a brand-new toothbrush within a week.It’s rare to see such reliable customer support these days. The after service is amazing, the product was not working for me after few months but then the customer care team proactively worked and got me a new product, i had to call them just once. They followed up with me till i got the product.Product quality is good.
