These definitely will help you relax and sleep, but they are HUGE. One serving is 2 tablets. They can be cut in half but that just hurts.

These have been a life saver for me during a very stressful time when I got very little sleep and the little I got was in a recliner beside a loved ones hospital bed. I was amazed every day at how good I felt physically despite the circumstances and the sleeping position and I know it was this magnesium glycinate

I have just started taking these two weeks ago. they are HUGE and hard for me to swallow. My doctor suggested I try them to help with sleep and anxiety. I am sleeping for longer periods of time and can go back to sleep if I wake up during the night. As for the anxiety, I haven't seen an improvement at this time. Possibly it takes longer to help this issue. Not sure I would purchase this brand again simply because of the size of the pill. (pills are not coated or in gel form)

These work so well. They really help me get good deep sleep, which has been hard since menopause.

Good quality n effective

Hands down best Magnesium Glycinate I’ve Ever Tried! i got this brand long time ago when the tablets with bigger, flaky and contains Calcium. It was great. Then i went to try other brands that contains Calcium and Zinc, their prices are high and they all are really cheap (as they combine it with Magnesium oxide and other non-effective forms) after trying three other brands, i got this one yesterday and it immediately put me into the a deep sleep, my knee is better, my back disc is better! I would purchase this over and over again! Highly recommended!

It's all gone bad when I opened it when I tired to return it's not even returnable. Very disappointing

I had a hard time swallowing the pills. I had to break each pill in half to make them easier to swallow. As to the effectiveness, I cannot comment on that because I haven't used the product long enough

The coating of the tablet is coming off and flaky. Never seen such thing in any vitamin.
