Great food
I love the flavor. It came in two bottles and it lasts a long time so I got my moneys worth. Very inexpensive for great quality seasoning.

Strong diet addition
I will add this to my starch-resistant rice, along with my lentils. Add a very positive addition to the flavoring. I'm working to reduce my visceral fat with fasting and high seasoning on my foods. Furikake provides more variety, and includes many of the recommended ingredients in a quality and convenient way that makes food more interesting and filling.

Lovely Vegan Option
I love this seasoning since it gives me the extra flavor I expect in Asian cooking but it is vegan. It is perfect for almost everything.

Salt-free furikake
This product is basically a salt-free equivalent for furikake (Japanese rice seasoning). I added some bonito flakes to the shaker for extra umami. It's great sprinkled on rice, in noodle soups, and many other dishes to add flavor without salt. The price is a bit high, but I can no longer find this item in stores.

High quality of ingredients and no junk added
Very pleased with this product so much so that I have it on Subscribe and Save. Don't want to be without it. The ingredients are clean and no junk fillers thrown in. For those who love furikake on their hot bowl of rice, highly recommend. P.S. I even use it on salads, eggs, etc. it is so flavorful and fresh!

This one might be my favorite! I trust the Eden brand, I like the blend of ingredients and I use it on so many things!
