I'm interested in these but I was wondering how I will keep them till spring when the ground is ready to plant?

Greetings! You can keep the tubers in the packaging until you are ready to plant. Or, you can use the steps below: 1. Get an opaque container -- like a Home Depot bucket, small cardboard box, or storage container. 2. Line the container with good quality potting soil. 3. Place the tubers on top of the soil. 4. Close the container and keep it tightly sealed 5. Keep the container in a cool place until you are ready to plant.

To the seller: it's may 23, 2022. are you still shipping fresh tubers? i live in the rockies, and planting times are later than most of the country.

If the ground (soil) isn't still cold, & has some moisture, go ahead & plant the tubers about an inch deep. I dunno your location,but sunchokes will grow almost anywhere that there's sunlight, warm soil, & moisture. Good luck!
