Just received today.my wife drives for work daily and has to stand for long periods in a day.she used to complain of feet pain and calf ache daily,with heel pricky pain.after researching,I found basic foot massagers in range rs 3000 to 4000,with no heat control and basic massaging single option ,some with remote and some without.most of them with no or only one month to 6months warranty.then I happened to find lifelong massagers on Amazon,with 1year warranty.though the price difference was a hefty 2000rs compared to the others, I decided to select it for the foll reasons-. 1)A std quality machine with 1year warranty. 2) Multiple massaging options-P1toP4 modes for different parts of the body. 3)This model has heat option also and costs just 200rs more than the non heat lifelong model. 4) manual and remote control options. 5) A cloth cover is provided to keep your feet in.this can be easily removed and cleaned and replaced back.this keeps the machine clean. 6) Easy to use with proper instructions.my 10 year old son read and used it on my wife without any problem.even changing the modes.just keep pressing once for P1 mode than press again n u get P2 mode then press again to get P3 mode.so on. 7) Accupressure points are used for maximum relief and has got rollers whose directions of rotation can be changed as per your requirement. 8)Amazon trust and reliability. My wife used the P4 mode for leg and backache and got relief.havent tried out heat mode yet. Remember to use it at least half hour before eating food and not use it for at least half hour after eating. Long term use,will update it.

Received defective product... Heating is not working , trying contacting customer support, returning, exchanging but nothing is to avail... There is not solution at all once product is received...

1) Good Product2) Heating facility not experienced.3) Remote not found in parcel4) Product Serial No. is not found / missing. Therefore, unable to register online said product for warranty and extended warranty period. Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful on topmost priority, please.
