Are the lenses totally clear?

they have clear and colored. these have a very slight tint and uv protection

Are the lense and frame stamped with the z87 mark?

The frame has Z87+ on it. The only issue your employer can have with these glasses are the lenses because they are tinted. They actually seem to keep my eyes relaxed all day though, so I kept wearing them. I run a torch all day so that was my excuse lol

no, but you can purchase anti-fog wipes. I work with hot water in the winter, they fog,but dosnt bother me that much.
