Spectrum updated CLIKR-5 universal remote control. Backwards compatible with Time Warner, Brighthouse and Charter cable boxes

Works perfect. Easy instructions. Took less than five minutes to program.

That’s a second remote I bought from this manufacturer. It’s good a reliable, first is still good after one year. Not very easy to set it up but it’s works, just keep repeating the procedure and it will work. Connects to your TV and/or Spectrum cable box. Just read the instructions carefully and follow it.

I bought this remote due to the new TV and new soundbar in our entertainment center. The old remote provided by Charter/Spectrum had no support for the new soundbar which required using two remotes each time the TV was turned on and off. Additionally the IR transmitter in the old remote was weak and was intermittant at a range of about 18'. This remote does it all including supporting the soundbar and has a much more powerful IR transmitter and easily goes over 25'. Programming is a snap too. Far easier that the old remote. Took all of about 1 minute to get it set up for all my AV devices. The one function not obvious on the remote is controlling the cable box's DVR. You need to press the "List" button to call up the DVR function. Highly recommend!

Worked right out of the box no problems put the battery in works great with spectrum box.

Works but some of the features my older one has don't work. Guide button for next day doesn't do anything, so have to keep scrolling through days, and show info won't go to page 2 for rest of info.
