This works exactly as it should. It is way better than buying batteries. There were shipping issues but Amazon resolved that very promptly. The length of the cord is suitable for outlets that are not close to your garbage can, it is pretty much plug and play once you plug it into your device.. pretty straightforward

Awesome product to power our new itouchless sensor 2.0 trashcan!
Using this to power our itouchless 2.0 sensor 18 gallon trashcan from a wall plug right next to the trashcan on the counter. We didn't have any C batteries you can use to power the trashcan and it's nice to have it plugged in to full time power anyways. The touchless sensor has to have power either way, so I'm glad this was offered as a direct power supply for the trash can so I didn't have to research all over to find a plug that is the right plug size and correct power. Works great and we love our new trashcan too!
