SAMSFX Fly Fishing Knot Tying Tool for Hooks, Lures and Lines, Quick Loop Tyer, Zinger Retractors Combo

I purchased this tool to help with tying fly leaders to the main line. As I have gotten older it was becoming more and more difficult to tie lines. This tool takes a bit of practice but once you get used to it it's great. I can enjoy my favorite sport again. Thank-you. I would, without hesitation rerecommend this product to a friend or family member.

Takes practice but does work. I have arthritis in my hands and thing knots limit what knots I can tie. This tool makes it easier and produces a very strong knot. Put a piece of electrical tape on thumb pad, it keeps the line from slipping on the metal.

Worked perfectly, easy instructions. Have tested it on a couple pretty large fish already and the knot has worked exactly like it's supposed to do. Never tried these knot aids, but sitting on a kayak and having this handy has been awesome.

Just go ahead and order this. It is what you’re looking for and will save you from the overwhelming urge to cuss when tying a nail knot. Loops are a breeze with the loop tool, too. Do yourself a favor and cut the loops from your fly line and leaders and tie a nail knot to connect them. This will,allow,much smoother passes through the eyelets and again save you from cussing on the stream. Keep your self respect. Tie proper knots and don’t cuss.

I primarily bought this kit for the nail knot tool. The nail knot tool makes tying nail knots easy. The lanyard is inexpensive and sufficient for nail cutters. It has held up so far. I have not used the hook puller yet.

Look knot tool is very low quality plastic. Doesn't look like it will last very long.

Nicely made should last for years.

I needed to watch a couple of demonstrations on utube that help me out but after a little practice got the hang of these devices. Both work as described.
