What hydraulic psi pressure does it take to run this

I run a 30 ton hydraulic pump with this if you do more than 1/4 inch plate the more pressure the better! Have had great results

Will a snowplow type pump have enough power to make this work for bed frame angle iron punching?

Yes, I use a small hydraulic ram pump and it works just fine.

Does anyone know the actual dimensions and thread of the hydraulic connection? aka "3/8 fnpt" , 3/8" npsm, "3/8 sae 45° ", "3/8 jic" etc...

It is actually a (sort of) standard connector used on manual "enerpac" type hand pumps for porta-power (portable ram) type applications, there are hoses and hand pumps made with these. I opted to un-thread that connector from the hole puncher and use some teflon tape to thread in (3/8 thread size) and install a more "standard" hydraulic fitting used on all our electric hydraulic pumps and hoses to make this much more interchangeable/friendly with the rest of our hydraulic equipment.
