This cilantro supplement is simple to take and did not cause any issues, but honestly, who can track if it works. There is no clear way to know if it is doing what it claims. If you are curious about cilantro supplements, it is an easy option to try, just do not expect obvious results.

So, a natural dr told me i needed a heavy metal detox. I had horrid migraines and felt awful. So, i picked up something on my own and followed directions. WRONG!!! Always ask your health advisor what is best for you. I did what the bottle said, and it was over 1,000 times stronger than what my body could handle because of the high toxicity. I suffered so great for 24 hrs. I will not even tell you. ALWAYS get advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. I didn't even think to consult my advisor thinking I was doing the right thing. Severe lesson learned. I can tell you, it works. Just be smarter about it than I was.

Very strong taste. I wanted to supplement it for my child and myself, but the taste is awful. Maybe I can mix it with something?
