Good for your brain and muscles, 10 mg minimum a day, feel better than I have ever felt at 62!
I'm 77 and my man is 62, we both take 10 mg daily first thing in the morning, with a room temperature glass of water. He now walks 2 miles and has a bottle of fresh squeezed lemon juice in a bottle of water during his walk. he has lost 75 lbs doing this, fasting over 7 months. Creatine and a low calorie meals and no junk food or alcohol.
