This toner was fine.
This toner was fine. After I installed it, I found out something else was wrong with the printer. But it wasn't the toner's fault.

Second one bot; first one created lines on copies
Had no problems with copier/printer PRIOR to last two cartridges purchased. Traded out old cartridge and had lines. Bot second cartridge and still have lines on copies. What the, what the? Could not get a response to problem, so bot the second cartridge to see if the previous cartridge was faulty. Not so. Can still copy, but not quality production. Travel local for needed quality production pieces.

Something's not right
This particular cartridge prints everything with 4 bold horizontal lines across the page. No other cartridge has done this, including the one I just replaced.

Still Doesn't Work
The first toner cartridge I was sent from this seller wouldn't even read by my machine, so the seller agreed to send me another one for free. This second one they sent did work for a very short while at first, but only by still showing a low toner message that could not be reset. Shortly thereafter my printer refused to print anything at all for any reason, and nothing could be reset. Even cleaning the LSU glass with a Q-tip did nothing.

Nice try
This does not work and this nonsense is wasting my time. I have waited a week to print something and am very disappointed. The item is not new as advertised. It is refurbished (many marks on the cartridge from previous use, including old tape). I am confused about the capacity - in one place in the advertisement it states the capacity is 3,000 pages and in another it states 5,000 pages. Buyer beware!
