At last they picked it up. The burner is good but it's just a little shorter than expected. But it's nice and compact. Good for a small family. Sunflame is a trusted name. I am going to order again, a larger model

Both the burners are defective

The first gas stove I received was broken, so I requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement product is also defective. After connecting it to the gas pipe, the stove does not function at all. It seems there is some blockage inside preventing gas from flowing properly. This is extremely disappointing. More importantly, this is not just a product defect but a serious safety concern, because a faulty gas stove can be dangerous and potentially fatal. Receiving two faulty products in a row shows a complete lack of proper quality checks before dispatch. Very disappointed with the experience.
