Relief!
Relief!! Having taken plant based options that wore out effectiveness I needed another one (black cohosh, red clover) I tried other option first Bonafide, gave it 2 weeks and symptoms got worse! Night sweats keeping me up for a few months did a number on my stress and mood and bloating. Should have gone to this earlier! Started relief first week - upped the dose and by second week hot flashes and night sweats gone!!!! Back to feeling myself again - now if it could only do more about meno weight …

So Far It Is Helping!
So far so good with this. I'm new to this menopause phase and I'm living in a hot house that is my body. I tried another supplement that contained this rhubarb as well as 3 other things that did not at all agree with me, specifically St John's Wort. So I'm trying this in isolation. I've been taking it for about a week now and it is definitely helping. My power surges (like that term way better!) have decreased. I'd like them to be eliminated, but one step at a time. My naturopath wants me to try a phase of naturopathic options before I go to the estrogen patch.
