So these indeed are tough to find...glad to find them here
So I don't know why 4x4 fence post brackets require a 3/8" bolt, but nobody sells the j-bolts in that size so you can put them in the concrete pad you are pouring for that bracket. I guess they expect everyone to just drill and use an expansion bolt. But why? This is exactly what the j-bolt anchors (or as my Dad calls them, L-bolts--LOL) are for, so you can avoid all that drilling work. So lo and behold, these babies are available on Amazon. Is it twice what I need? Yep. Is it still less expensive than driving around to more hardware stores, only to be disappointed that they don't carry anything that small? Yep. Are they every bit as good as at the big box stores? Yep. Did they come with washers and nuts? Yep. Were a few threads clogged by sloppy galvanization? Only one. Did this solve my problem? Certainly. They deserve five stars because they were what I needed and arrived when I needed them. Didn't need to run out and get anything else.

Threads under sized
Threads under sized, so all the nuts slip and can't get any tension on the sill board

Poor quality.
I bought these anchor bolts for the fabrication of a small greenhouse. I pour the concrete slab several months ago and installed the anchor bolts during the pour. This week started fabrication of the greenhouse and discovered that the threads on nuts for these bolts are such poor quality you cannot tighten them down. You can actually slide the nuts up and down on the bolts by hand with out turning them. In a few of them I can tighten the a bit but once you put a wrench on them, they fail. I wanted to contact the seller but they are not listed. Now I have to make a trip to town and buy new nuts. Very poor quality!
