Generally speaking, it is a good tool kit for 90% of the wrist watches.Unfortunately, most of my watches (I have 12,) are big format (e.g. vessel 52MM and above) and the tool to hold the vessel don't work.Another downer is that it comes with a lot of pins to adjust the wrist (band size but, most of the pins are too fat. The container for the pins must be bigger too. It is so small you spend more time organizing the pins to make sure they fit in the tiny plastic box that actually doing the whole watch job you intended to do.The 3rd defect is the lack of precision screw drivers. At least the twos most common to work on wrist watches.

For the price of 2 battery replacements I decided to get this kit to give it a go. So far I've replaced 5 watch batteries...even factoring in the cost, it seems like I've got my money back. Of course you can use the kit for other things too, like small kids toys. Compared to similar kits from brands like Ifixit (which I have too), I am impressed. Seems a lot better than anything you'd find at Harbor Frieight, and it feels at, if not a higher level than the big box stores. It's a niche product, so it's difficult to find comparisons. As a former aviation mechanic and Maker, I give this a 2 thumbs up. This is only my first impression. No idea what the long term quality is, thus far, the build appears robust and all the tools are right there in an organized case.

So much cheaper than taking to jeweler if you have a few watches. Parts seem good quality.

Bought this kit for my husband as a gift and he loved it! So many individual pieces for the money including so many spare parts. It contains everything he needs to fix any problem we may have with our watches.
