Worked perfectly on our DW80R5060US dishwasher model.
Based on a lot of comments, there was a level of uncertainty whether this would actually work with our dishwasher. But I just wanted to confirm that it fit perfectly on our model, DW80R5060US. You only need to loosen the top row of screws and then the next screw down on both the left and right side. Once those are removed and the steel liner is separated, you can pop out the front panel, making it much easier to swap the latch. At a third of the cost I've seen on other appliance part sites, I absolutely recommend this one.

Good quality part
This worked great for my Samsung dishwasher. My husband was able to easily and quickly install it. Not to mention it’s cheaper than buying a new dishwasher.

Works on model DW80R5060UG
Replacement was easy: Cut power, unscrew all torx screw, unplug original part and plug new part in. Our issue was dishwasher not shutting well, and opening during operation. The new part worked perfectly and the dishwasher is usable again.

It fits, but that's about it
This latch is very close to factory but not quite. The spring on the closing mechanism is not as heave duty as the original. With a weaker spring it did not really hold the door shut as tight as it should. There is excessive slop meaning the door can be slightly opened which would of course leak water. If it worked that is. While the part did fit well and the electrical connecter did fit, the dishwasher still thinks the door is open and will not start. This could be a faulty switch on the latch, it could be the slack in the mechanism. Either way I will be sending it back and ordering OEM parts. I gave it a single star because it did fit and it arrived quickly. That's all i have nice to say about it. Save your money and go with OEM.

Rusted holes, faded color and sticky - all signs point to the seller sending me a used one. 2 stars because it still works. Update: seller reached out and offered full refund - Full points for customer service!

Slight cosmetic differences, but it fit perfectly and works perfectly. Watch the YouTube videos on how to install it. Get the right TORX bit for your dishwasher. Took about 15 minutes to install, very easy. Easy to recommend.
