Does it rub off easily? I"m looking for something that will last without caking

It's a great quality acrylic paint that dries hard. If you are worried about its archival quality, just top it with spray varnish.

I am thinking of using this paint to paint over some dried on masking fluid on my watercolor paper. Does anyone know if it will damage the paper?

I have never done that, but I can confirm that Winsor % Newton is a very good Acrylic and they also have a water color paint.

Is this actually quinacridone burnt orange? the photos show as only burnt orange, which is different. i am looking specifically for pr206 paint.

It is PR 206. Mine says quinacridone burnt orange on the tube. My understanding is the quin burnt orange is not being made anymore.

According to the tube in my possession, it's made in France.
