I started taking a teaspoon daily about 3 months ago as recommended by my esthetician. Not only has it improved the moisture in my skin, but I had been having issues with my finger nails splitting and peeling for more than a year, possibly caused by using disinfectant wipes at the gym every day. I had tried everything to cure the problem. I had no idea that this product would help my nails - but it cured the problem and today my nails are super strong and healthy. I've been using this particular product for two years now. I take a teaspoon a day and put some on my face. It is really high quality and fresh. It is worth the money. I feel better brain health and my skin looks smoother.

Would be 5 stars, but the product is difficult to use from the bottle. Needs a dropper. I saw this comment on other reviews and thought it was silly. How hard can it be? Well, turns out it's harder than you would think. I either get a drop of the product if I turn it upside-down on my palm, or goodness forget if you try to pour it. I was very careful and it still came out like a fire hose and spilled all over my hand, the bottle and into the sink. Made a huge mess and wasted a ton of product. Can someone from the company kindly reach out? You can see that you care with the quality of the oil. But if it's not easy to access, it does become less appealing. Help!

If you enter all your food into cronometer, it will show you which nutrients you're lacking. Inspite of eating a ton of vegetables, lean protein, dairy, and trying to hit all the 3:6:9 ratios in the healthiest way, I kept falling short on vitamin e and I've seen so many things say you shouldn't take that as a supplement. So if I take about a teaspoon to 1 1/4 tsp of this - depending on what I eat that day, I can hit my RDA for vitamin e. I can tell how fresh it is too as it tastes like it is. I keep it refridgerated to make sure I don't ruin it! Will continue to order this one for sure after I run out.

I really liked the quality

I’m losing a lot of product because I have to pour it out instead of using a dropper- which should be what’s included in the purchase. Then it leaks down the side once you stop tipping the bottle. Next time I’ll buy wheat germ oil that has a better way of dispensing. Otherwise I’m sure the product is fine but at this price it’s upsetting that too much comes out no matter how carefully you tip the bottle then I lose even more product once I tip it straight cuz I then runs down the side of the bottle

I bought it for my 67 year old dad who I thought needed more natural supplements in his life. I read that wheat germ oil is a great natural source of Vitamin E and this one is cold-pressed, so it must be good. It doesn't taste bad (rancid) and definitely seems high quality for the price, so we are very happy with this purchase.
