I feel so sad and immediately regret purchasing this blanket, simply because the quality is far too high for how I intended to use it. I'm not a day person and like to keep sunlight in my room to a minimum, but I don't have a lot of money to spend on things like high quality blackout curtains as well as the curtain run to hang them, not to mention the work that would have to go into installing that, so I bought two blankets to cover my two windows as a cheap and easy solution. One window was larger than the other, so I had to purchase a larger blanket, and this is the one I found. The other blanket I feel no remorse for using as a window cover. It feels like stiff plastic. Not this one however. The quality of this blanket is way too good for the purpose I intended it for and I feel genuinely sad that it's being used this way. In good news, this blanket not only far surpasses the other blanket I purchased, but I believe that this blanket is also blocking out the blinding daylight better as well. Rest assured, I WILL be purchasing these blankets again, at least two more times, in larger sizes, and in my favorite colors once I have spending money again, and I WILL consider purchasing these blankets for friends and family as well. One feel right out of the box and you made me regret purchasing a blanket that was way too good to be covering a window.

We LOVE these blankets! I Highly reccomend these for your beds, your reading corners, movies on the couch, as gifts, for car rides, or just to add decoration to a chair. The first one I ordered was the dark purple in the king size for my husband and we both us it now on our bed and it's so soft and the color is exactly like the picture. In fact we loved it so much we purchased the burgundy in the twin size for our oldest son after we painted his room with new sheets he needed something to match and this was a no brainer purchase for his bed. He LOVES it and is just the right amount of weight for covers, not too heavy but heavy enough to keep him cozy and warm all night. The color is also exactly like the picture and I would call it more of a red then the color burgundy. And finally just last week we purchased the black one in a twin for our 4 year old because the blanket he was using wasnt big enough and honestly the black is so far our favorite one. It is even softer than the purple and the burgundy (which I didn't think was possible) but he LOVES it and is finally able to snuggle his entire body comfortably under the whole blanket and it's also the perfect weight for his little body. Both twin size blankets fit perfectly on their mattresses just as the flat sheet that you would buy in a pack.
