This Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser has been an amazing addition to my routine. I picked up the 1L bottle for the best price I could find, and it genuinely feels like great value for how much product you get. The formula is exactly what I look for—simple, gentle, and effective without any unnecessary fragrance or heaviness.I use it on both my face and body, and it works beautifully for normal to dry sensitive skin. It cleans without stripping, and the niacinamide gives it that extra soothing touch that leaves the skin feeling calm and soft afterwards. It’s one of those cleansers you can rely on daily without worrying about irritation or dryness.Overall, a great product that does exactly what it promises. Sometimes the simplest formulas are the ones that work the best, and this is definitely one of them.I’ll update this review if anything changes with longer‑term use.

Cetaphil has become my lifeline woking in healthcare with the harsh soaps the NHS uses. These protect my hands, stop dryness and stop flaking. It applies light, not heavy or greasy like a lot of other moisturisers. It can be used as a moisturiser or cleanser. It doesnt foam, but gently washes.It doesn't have much of a smell, which is great for sensitive skin. Easy to use, fast delivery. Great value for money if you go through it as much as I do!

This cleanser is mild, soothing and great for sensitive or dry skin. It cleans without irritation and the niacinamide and glycerin help keep skin calm and hydrated. The large pump bottle is convenient and lasts a long time. It’s a simple, dependable cleanser just not the best choice if you prefer a deep, foaming wash.

I bought this for my 11 year old son because he was getting quite spotty. The face wash doesn't have a fragrance and doesn't sting so he's happy. It cleared up the spots in just 3 days and he's using it every day now. Great for tweens (and I have used it too).

I’ve been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for nearly 30 years - originally recommended by my dermatologist when I was struggling with acne - and it’s remained a constant ever since. It’s incredibly gentle, doesn’t strip the skin, and just quietly does its job without irritation.The introduction of this eco refill pouch is a really positive step. It’s easy to use, reduces plastic waste, and means I can keep using a product I trust without the extra packaging.For anyone with sensitive or problem-prone skin, this is a reliable, no-fuss cleanser - and it’s great to see the brand moving in a more sustainable direction.

I started using this product in my late 30s, 7 years ago. Initially it did wonders and I used it every evening. Retrospectively I now realise that my subsequent skin problems all stemmed from the acid in this product. A few months after I started using this I noticed eczema and started drinking cortisone to control breakouts. This was followed by new symptoms of painful and excessive flushing when in the sun or even having one sip of alcohol. This was followed by a few years of battling new rosacea breakouts. I recently went to see a make up artist who was interested in my skincare products. She advised me to stop using this and suggested a moisture locking facial wash and toner. Within 4 weeks my symptoms of all the above have cleared by > 80%. I don't want to criticise the product, it's great for my teenager's oily skin, but be very careful if you have dry or aging skin.
