Works wonder ! I take with Shilajit! I’ve been able to increase my workouts week over week! I definitely suggest eat something light when taking wouldn’t recommend taking on empty stomach.

Definitely give it a shot!
This actually surprised me. I had low expectations but high hopes, and it has delivered. My skin looks better, my uhhh yeah is a lot more moisturized, upped my desire and energy. Will be ordering again! The quality is top notch , my joint pain relief has been nice, just all in all feeling better.
