Will the grommets easily clip onto j hooks or do i need to add rings? my gazebo is 80 inches high, i'm trying to determine how much will be on floor.

The grommets can easily attached on the J hooks. Please see the last photo on the listing. If you already have J hooks on your gazebo, you do not need to add rings.

Will this work with Concord gazebo from menards?

My gazebo was from Lowe’s. You need to check the model number.

My gazebo came from menards and has the mosquito net already. Will this fit around it and still allow the net to secure to the Pilar?

If your gazebo is a 10x12 and has the hooks on to you hang it, it should work.
