Good product!
This is my go to for gentle drowsiness that lets me drift to sleep. My sleep is restful and includes dreams - no nightmares! I wake up without any problems if I need to go to the bathroom; I return to sleep easily when I return to bed. The morning is free of any side effects. I feel refreshed! I’ve repurchased this product three times now and I am very satisfied with it.

Ineffective Sleep Medication
I have a chronic sleep disorder and bought this product hoping to fall asleep an stay asleep. Sadly, I didn't even nap, but was awake and alert the entire night, until the sun rose when I gave up. I do not recommend this product.

I have been taking this at bedtime for at least 6 months and I really do think it is helping me sleep better. I combine it either with a cbd gummie or a homeopathic calming remedy.

Awesome Supplement!

Don't Try If You Want to Return This
Got this for my husband to try. First, there is an ingredient in it which was not listed anywhere and which he can't tolerate. Second, the product did not work at all--even kept him more awake when taken. Tried to return it with this information but product is not returnable. And I can find nowhere on the listing where "not returnable" is mentioned. Wrote a note to Amazon about this but doubt anyone will read it or care to correct site.
